Some of the most widely used pressure, temperature, and process calibration equipment in the world is made by AMETEK Sensors, Test & Calibration for a range of uses and sectors. Digital test gauges, reference recorders, deadweight testers, and a range of pneumatic and hydraulic pressure sources are among our pressure apparatus. High-precision dry-block calibrators, portable indicators, and reference sensors are examples of temperature equipment. Multifunction calibrators, multi-scanners, and mA loop calibrators are among our process calibration tools. We have the tools to make your job easier, no matter where you work.

M1 Digital Pressure Gauge

The m1 digital pressure gauge maintains 0.2% reading accuracy between -10 and 50°C. Accuracy is not significantly impacted by temperature, vibration, overpressure, lowering, or abrupt pressure fluctuations. There is a 30 psi digital manometer available.

One broad range m1 digital pressure gauge can replace up to five 0.25% mechanical gauges with 0.2% reading accuracy.

Type T Deadweight Tester

The Type T tester is a dead weight tester that provides laboratory accuracy in a device made to endure the daily strains of a manufacturing setting or an industrial setting. Every tester has a cylinder assembly and measuring piston of the re-entrant kind. As test pressures rise, this design helps to preserve accuracy by increasing float time and decreasing the rate of fluid leakage.

  • Accuracy to 0.015% of reading
  • Ranges to 15,000 psi
  • Available in psi, kg/cm², bar, and kPa
  • Small incremental weight sets available.

A dual volume pumping feature allows a large volume of fluid to be added at low pressures to fill the system and increase pressure rapidly. Once filled, switch to a smaller volume to easy pumping and provide finer control at higher pressures.

  • Overhung weight carrier reduces side thrust and friction
  • Over-pressure protection prevents piston damage
  • 3- leg design with bulls-eye leveling system
  • Single and dual column versions available to meet a wide variety of applications
